The fishing has been fantastic and the weather has been even better. Dave Appel and his group fished the last couple of days with Captain Clay and had some great fishing. Here's a few pictures of the guys the last couple of days. Thank you to everyone and have a safe trip home see ya next year.
A short update on the water levels on the lake. Good news is that the lake has peaked and the lakes east of us have dropped more than 2 feet and there is more water going out of the lake than coming in. There saying within the next few weeks we will see a noticeable drop on the lake level. Hopefully mother nature will cooperate with us and keep the rain amounts to little or none. Time will tell in the next few weeks. Hopefully we can put boats under the bridge and put some boats at all our floating docks. As soon as it happens we will be posting it.
The Vinje Brothers and there buddies were fishing with Captain Clay this week and had some great fishing and drank some beer and had a great time. A couple pictures of there fish to show the wife's that they were here and were working hard. Thanks again see you guys soon. Probably didn't spell your name right sorry about that.
I have been so busy I've been falling behind with pictures of our customers and getting things posted so here goes. Jim and Stephanie Taylor were new guests to our resort a couple weeks ago. I have met many people over our time owning our resort. They are the nicest couple and most genuine people we have met and made some new friends for life. Here our just a few pictures of there trip and the great fishing they had. One day on the charter with Captain Clay and on there own the rest of the week. Lots of slot fish and some great eaters and there limits to take home. Thank you guys again hope to see you guys next year. ![]()
